PawGuard 830 GPS Wireless Dog Fence

A GPS boundary lets your dog roam without buried wires, Wi-Fi or a base station. Using satellite positioning, this system marks out a precise virtual limit for gardens, farmland and open countryside here in Ireland, and it can be set up in minutes.

Because the boundary comes from satellites rather than a transmitter, it is not thrown off by buildings, metal objects, signal interference or uneven ground. The safe zone is set in seconds and can be moved or resized whenever you like.

Key benefits

• No subscription or monthly plan needed, unlike many rival systems
• Boundary radius of 25 to 900 yards (23-820 metres), well beyond typical wireless fences that rarely pass 30 metres
• Fully portable, so it works anywhere with a clear view of the sky, including holidays and rural land
• Links to multiple global GPS satellites for steady, AI-assisted accuracy
• IPX7 waterproof collar with a rechargeable battery, built for Irish weather
• Irish customer service and a one-year warranty
• Works with more than one dog when you add extra collars

How to use

The system works in three zones. In the safe zone your dog moves freely within the radius you have chosen. In the warning zone, as your dog nears the edge, the collar beeps or gives a gentle vibration as an alert. In the correction zone, if your dog keeps going past the limit, a mild static correction discourages the escape and encourages a return to safety. Settings are saved automatically after power-off. Charging is by magnetic cable (USB-C), with a quick charge for hassle-free running and an estimated battery life of up to several days between charges in typical use.
