Refund policy

At Valuepet.ie, we want every purchase to feel like a win — for you and your pet. But if something’s not quite right, we make returns simple and stress-free.

If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt. We’ll happily offer a refund or exchange — whichever works best for you.

Under Distance Selling Regulations, you also have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 working days from the day after delivery.

To ensure a smooth return:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt
