PawGuard T776 Dog Training Collar, Rechargeable, Long Range

The T776 is a remote training collar that helps you communicate with your dog at a distance. The handset sends a signal to the collar, which responds with a tone, a vibration or a mild static correction, and each of the three modes can be set to a level that suits your dog's size and temperament.

Range stretches to 1000 feet, so it works well in big gardens and open ground. Both the collar and the remote charge up, and the receiver carries an IPX7 waterproof rating for use in rain or water. It is a sensible option for Irish owners who want a humane way to support obedience and recall, whether with a young pup or a headstrong adult dog.

Key benefits

• Gives immediate feedback your dog understands, useful for barking, running off or general disobedience
• Intensity can be matched to your dog's sensitivity for stress-free, humane training
• Control at up to 1000ft, handy across large outdoor spaces
• Tone and vibration for gentle reminders, with static mode there if it is needed
• Adjustable strap sits snugly without rubbing, fitting necks of roughly 9.5 to 21 inches
• IPX7 waterproof and hard-wearing, with rechargeable batteries that keep downtime short
• Clear, consistent signals that many owners find make sessions smoother and strengthen the bond with their dog

How to use

• Fit the adjustable collar comfortably around your dog's neck (suitable for medium to large breeds)
• Switch on the collar and the remote transmitter
• Press the remote to send a sound, vibration or shock signal to reinforce a command or interrupt unwanted behaviour
• Begin at the lowest intensity and work up slowly until you find the most effective and humane setting
• Pair the signals with the same spoken commands each time for the best results
• The collar is waterproof, so it can stay on during outdoor activities in any weather
• Recharge the collar and remote as needed; both batteries top up quickly and last well
