Juwel Compact Fine Sponge Pads

These fine blue sponge pads are made by Juwel to sit neatly in the Bioflow 3.0 Compact filter system. Along with the coarse sponge, they hold the bio cultures that do the real work of keeping aquarium water clean.

Juwel filter media is shaped to fit each filter system, and using the filter baskets for your system makes servicing quicker. Change or rinse just one sponge at a time every 3 to 6 months so the biological balance in the tank is not upset, and check your instruction manual for the full maintenance guidance.
