Juwel Carbon Sponge Compact 3.0

This activated carbon sponge is designed for Juwel Compact filter systems. The charcoal held within the sponge traps odours, discolouration and harmful compounds, so tank water stays clear.

Because the carbon is spread through a sponge, water flows evenly across the whole medium and makes use of a very large working surface. It is also a handy way to remove leftover medication from the water once a course of fish treatment has finished.

Key benefits

• Activated charcoal binds odours, discolorations and toxic compounds
• Sponge form keeps flow even across the medium
• Very large, highly effective surface area
• Clears residual medication after treating fish
• Helps keep aquarium water crystal clear

How to use

Fit the 3.0 compact filter medium into a compatible Juwel filter system in place of the existing carbon sponge.
