API Pimafix Antifungal Remedy for Freshwater and Saltwater Fish

A plant-based remedy for aquarium keepers dealing with fungal and related infections, suitable for both freshwater and saltwater tanks. The formula comes from an extract of the West Indian Bay Tree (Pimenta racemosa), so it works gently without harsh chemicals.

Reach for it when you spot cottony patches or fungal discolouration, or during stressful spells such as after transport or tank maintenance. It makes a sensible first response in community tanks.

Key benefits

• Natural antifungal action against cottony growths, mouth and body fungus and reddened fins
• Also used for some internal and external bacterial infections that follow injury or stress
• Leaves beneficial bacteria, pH and water clarity alone when used as directed
• Compatible with live plants and reef set-ups, freshwater or marine
• Often paired with API Melafix for broader disease-fighting support
• Helps healing along, limits the spread of infection and supports overall tank balance

How to use

Always follow the dosing instructions on the label and ensure optimal water quality during treatment.
