API Ammonia Test Strip - 25 Strips

Checking ammonia is one of the most important water tests you can do, and these strips make it a quick job. Ammonia (NH₃/NH₄⁺) builds up from fish waste, leftover food and decaying plant matter, and even small amounts can stress fish or damage their gills if ignored.

Testing on a regular basis lets you spot a problem early and act before it affects your fish. Each tube contains 25 strips.

How To Use

Take one strip from the tube and dip it in the aquarium for roughly 5 seconds. Hold it flat and do not shake it, then compare the colour with the chart for an immediate result.

The strips give you a fast picture of ammonia levels, which makes it easier to keep water quality steady and your fish in good form.
