Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
If an error occurs in pricing, we will notify you before shipping for confirmation or cancellation.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, as per the Consumer Rights Regulations (EU).

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods in acceptable condition.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.

8. Delivery

Orders are delivered within 1–5 business days via our partnered carriers.
We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.
You must ensure someone aged 18+ is available to accept delivery.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
We may request photos or return of the item for inspection.
Once verified, we will repair, replace, or refund the item — including return postage costs.

10. International Orders

Currently, we primarily serve Ireland.
Customers outside Ireland are responsible for ensuring goods can be lawfully imported and for paying any applicable duties or taxes.

11. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that our website or its content will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods concerned.
